AirFlyCenter" acts as an independent travel service provider facilitating flight bookings on behalf of customers with airlines and consolidators. All refund requests are subject to the fare rules, policies, and conditions imposed by the respective airline and/or travel supplier. By making a booking through our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of ticket purchased. Certain fares, including but not limited to basic economy, promotional, or discounted tickets, may be non-refundable. Refundable tickets may allow cancellations subject to airline penalties, fare differences, and applicable service charges.

For flights originating in, to, or within the United States, passengers may be eligible for a full refund if the booking is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days prior to the departure date, in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

In the event of a cancellation, refund requests must be submitted through AirFlyCenter" or directly with the airline, depending on how the booking was processed. If the booking was handled by our agency, we will initiate the refund request with the airline on your behalf. However, the final decision regarding approval, amount, and processing time rests solely with the airline or service provider.

Airline-imposed cancellation fees, no-show penalties, and fare differences will be deducted from any eligible refund amount. Service fees charged by AirFlyCenter" are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the airline, payment method, and financial institutions involved. Typically, approved refunds may take between 7 to 30 business days to be credited back to the original form of payment. In certain cases, airlines may provide refunds in the form of travel credits or vouchers instead of monetary refunds.

In the case of airline-initiated cancellations, significant delays, or schedule changes, passengers may be entitled to a refund, rebooking, or credit as per airline policies and applicable U.S. DOT guidelines. Passengers are advised to contact the airline directly for urgent assistance.

Refunds for optional services such as seat selection, baggage, meals, or priority boarding are governed by the airline’s policies and may not always be refundable. AirFlyCenter" does not guarantee refunds for such ancillary services unless approved by the airline.

If a refund is approved after a chargeback or dispute has been initiated, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for administrative fees, penalties, and processing costs. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating any chargeback requests.

AirFlyCenter" shall not be held liable for delays, denials, or discrepancies in refunds caused by airlines, payment processors, or external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, operational issues, or government regulations.
