AirFlyCenter" acts as an independent travel service provider assisting customers with flight reservations through airlines and consolidators. All cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules imposed by the respective airline and/or service provider. By confirming a booking through our platform, you agree to comply with these policies.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of ticket purchased. Certain fares, including basic economy, promotional, or discounted tickets, may be non-cancellable or may involve significant cancellation penalties. Passengers are advised to carefully review fare rules and restrictions prior to confirming the booking.
For flights originating in, to, or within the United States, passengers may be eligible to cancel their booking without penalty within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reservation was made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled departure, in accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through AirFlyCenter" or directly with the airline, depending on how the booking was processed. If the booking was handled by our agency, we will forward your cancellation request to the airline. However, final approval, cancellation charges, and processing are governed solely by the airline or service provider.
Airline-imposed cancellation fees, fare differences, and no-show penalties may apply. In addition, service fees charged by AirFlyCenter" are non-refundable and will be deducted from any applicable refund amount unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Failure to cancel a booking prior to departure (no-show) may result in the complete forfeiture of the ticket value, depending on the airline’s fare rules. Some airlines may also restrict future travel credits in such cases.
In the event of airline-initiated cancellations, significant schedule changes, or operational disruptions, passengers may be offered rebooking options, travel credits, or refunds as per airline policies and applicable U.S. DOT guidelines.
Partial cancellations (e.g., one segment of a round trip) may affect the remaining itinerary and pricing. Passengers are advised to consult with our support team or the airline before making such requests.
Any cancellation requests involving third-party suppliers, multiple airlines, or special fares may require additional processing time and coordination. AirFlyCenter" is not responsible for delays caused by airlines or external systems.
By using our services, you acknowledge that AirFlyCenter" shall not be held liable for any losses arising from non-cancellable fares, missed cancellations, or changes made directly with the airline without prior notification to us.
